Carrier of the world shop   The Weltladen Andernach is an initiative of the association "Aktion Eine Welt Andernach eV". It is supported by the volunteer work of its team members. The Weltladen team has always endeavored to realize the idea of fair trade in the regional area as well. In August 2010, the members of the association entered into an exciting cooperation with a new regional market of the Andernacher Perspective gGmbH. Under the motto "World meet home!" fair trade goods and regionally produced products are offered under one roof. With the sale of vegetables, fruit and meat from the Andernach permaculture and other regional natural products from small farmers, beekeepers, winegrowers and the association "Heimat Schmeckt", job and employment opportunities are created for long-term unemployed people in the region.   If you would like to become a member of our association, you are very welcome. A declaration of membership can be found under the heading "Downloads" on the left.   story A good idea prevails   Members of parishes and politically responsible people from Andernach and the surrounding area founded the "Verein Eine Welt Andernach e.V." In its statutes, the association recognizes its responsibility for the One World. Its members want to contribute to more justice, peace and the integrity of creation. They interfere where there is prejudice against people so that peoples and groups understand each other better. Lifestyles should be brought into harmony with the environment. This is a learning from and with other people for tolerance and human rights as well as against racism and disadvantage. The members of the association want to influence the domestic and the global economy in such a way that contrasts between the poor and the rich are shown and reduced. The association wants to be a partner to all groups with similar or the same goals.
