At this cheese seminar you will learn how to make traditionally handcrafted cheese using small copper kettles. Cheese master Reiner Wechs presents an exquisite selection of cheeses from the Rheingau Affineur's cellars and the corresponding wines. You can take your handcrafted cheese, a type of feta, home with you along with your personal “auxiliary cheese diploma”. The minimum number of participants is 8. Registration up to 5 days before the event is required.
