From here, you can discover the Rhine and Lahn valleys with their beautiful castles and palaces, such as Koblenz Castle, Lahneck Castle, Marksburg, Burg Elz, and many more attractions. How you choose to explore is up to you – on foot, by bike, by boat, or by car. Koblenz can be reached by car in 15 minutes, the nearest bike path is just 5 minutes away, and the nearest hiking trail is practically on your doorstep, reachable in 2 minutes on foot.

Our apartment is located outside the town center, in a quiet area. It is almost at ground level. You can access the accommodation on the ground floor via 3 steps. Here, you have 40 sqm of living space, divided into 2 rooms with a kitchen and a small bathroom. You are invited to use our garden as well. You will find various seating options and a small pool in the summer. If you arrive by car, you are welcome to use the garage. If you bring a bicycle, you can either store it in the car garage or in a second garage (which is lockable). E-bikes can also be charged here. The nearest bus stop is about 700 meters from the house if you go right. You can reach the city center or the Rhine in 15 minutes on foot or in just a few minutes by car.

In our accommodation, you will find everything you need for your stay. Laundry, towels, soap, shampoo, and so on. The kitchen is fully equipped for you. There is coffee, filter bags, tea, sugar, flour, salt, pepper, spices, pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, a toaster, a salad spinner, dish soap, cloths, and towels. The dishwasher has a quick program that lasts 30 minutes. Usually, this is enough to clean the dishes thoroughly. You'll find the tablets under the sink.
Here you also have a wardrobe for your jackets.
In the passage room, there is a large wardrobe with hangers and a small shoe cabinet. You will also find a vanity table and a full-length mirror here.
Our bed is 140 cm x 200 cm in size. For the seasons, we have summer and winter blankets. If you get too cold, there is also a heated blanket or a cozy blanket. We have a flat-screen TV and a DVD player. Additionally, there are board games and books.
In the bathroom, you will find shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner. There's also a small heating device and a hairdryer, along with plenty of towels in different sizes.

If you need anything else, I am always available. I live on the upper floor and can certainly assist you with everything.
The entire ground floor is at your disposal. If you want to use the washing machine, I’ll be happy to explain everything to you. There is also a dryer or a drying rack.
We have prepared a sunny seating area on the garages. Of course, there is also a sunshade. You are welcome to sit in the garden as well. Here, there are various (sunny and shady) seating options or even a hammock. You can also try out the hanging chair in the hazelnut tree. Just feel comfortable and at home.

We kindly ask you to separate the garbage. Of course, you will find garbage bags in the kitchen. The bins are appropriately labeled. Please always use a cutting board when chopping. You will find cutting boards in the kitchen, as well as placemats and coasters.
