From here, you can explore the Rhine and Lahn Valley with its beautiful castles and palaces, such as Koblenz Castle, Lahneck Castle, Marksburg, Burg Elz, and many other sights. How you choose to explore is up to you—on foot, by bike, by boat, or by car. Koblenz can be reached by car in 15 minutes, the nearest bike path is just 5 minutes away, and the closest hiking trail is practically at your doorstep and reachable on foot in 2 minutes.

Our apartment is located outside the town center in a quiet area. It is almost ground level. You reach the accommodation in the ground floor through 3 steps. Here, you have 40 sqm available, divided into 2 rooms with a kitchen and a small bathroom. You are invited to use our garden as well. You will find various seating options and a small pool in the summer. If you arrive by car, you are welcome to use the garage. If you bring a bicycle, you can either keep it in the car garage or store it in a second garage (which is lockable). E-bikes can also be charged here. The nearest bus stop is about 700 meters from the house if you go right. You can reach the city center or the Rhine in 15 minutes on foot or in just a few minutes by car.

In our accommodation, you will find everything you need for your stay. Laundry, towels, soap, shampoo, and so on.

In the kitchen, we have a fully equipped setup for you. There is coffee, filter bags, tea, sugar, flour, salt, pepper, spices, pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, a toaster, a salad spinner, dish soap, cloths, and towels. The dishwasher has a short program that lasts 30 minutes. Usually, this is enough to clean the dishes thoroughly. You will find tabs under the sink. Here, you also have a wardrobe for your jackets.

In the hallway, there is a large wardrobe with hangers and a small shoe cabinet. You will also find a makeup table and a full-length mirror here.

Our bed measures 140 cm x 200 cm. For the seasons, we provide summer and winter blankets. If it gets too cold, there is also a heating blanket or a cozy blanket. We have a flat-screen TV and a DVD player. Additionally, we have board games and books.

In the bathroom, you will find shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner. There is also a small heater and a hairdryer. Plus, plenty of towels in various sizes.

If you find that something is still missing, I am always available to assist you. I live upstairs and can surely help you with anything.
You have access to the entire ground floor. If you would like to use the washing machine, I will gladly explain everything to you. There is also a dryer or a drying rack.

Outdoor Area:
We have prepared a sunny seating area on the garages. Of course, there is also a sunshade. Feel free to sit in the garden as well. Here, you will find various (sunny and shady) seating options or even a hammock. You can also try the hanging chair in the hazelnut tree. Just feel comfortable and at home.

We kindly ask you to separate the waste. Of course, you will find trash bags in the kitchen. The waste containers are appropriately labeled. Please always use a cutting board for cutting. You will find cutting boards in the kitchen. There are also placemats and coasters.
