The Elmar Hillesheim Meadow – also known as Arenzwies – is located along the dream path "Streuobstwiesenweg". Fruit trees, vibrant willow culture, and barrier-free paths make it a special place – also because the area is maintained by people with disabilities from the Förderwohnstätte gGmbH (FWS). Along a serpentine path to the Kettiger Bach, new perspectives continually unfold. Along the way, one encounters willow art: a large willow arbor, woven structures, and an oversized willow-fruit basket that pays homage to the tradition of local willow cultivation. A dream lounger and several seating areas invite visitors to pause.
