Surrounded by vineyards, right on the Rhine, Oberwesel is situated in the middle of the UNESCO World Heritage Site of the Upper Middle Rhine Valley. The first sight for travelers visiting our town from the nearby Loreley is the Schönburg above Oberwesel, the large churches of Liebfrauen and St. Martin, and the well-preserved historical city wall with its 16 defensive towers that define the medieval townscape. The Günderodehaus, located above the town, is an attraction for many visitors.
Several premium hiking trails pass through here, through vineyards, alongside the Rhine, or up through the side valleys into the Hunsrück. Guided hikes as well as cycling tours are also offered from Oberwesel.
Our newly furnished, high-quality vacation apartment, first available in June 2025, is located in a quiet side street on the ground floor of our house, separated from the city wall by a small garden. From the large covered balcony, your view falls on the small Beckbohmerturm and the massive Ochsenturm at the northern city entrance. Only 50 meters away, you can reach the Rhine promenade, which invites for walking and cycling. The day clinic for Conservative Orthopedics is located 300 meters away, reachable in a 4-minute walk.
In our apartment, there is an open kitchen and living area with an adjacent balcony, a bedroom with en suite bathroom, and a second bedroom with sleeping facilities. Our apartment can be booked with one bedroom (100€) or two bedrooms (110€).

A technical room with a washing machine and dryer for your vacation laundry, as well as a guest toilet, are also on this floor. All rooms are equipped with underfloor heating and noise protection windows that guarantee a restful sleep.
For your bicycle, there is a storage option in the cellar.
Upon request with the landlord, a pick-up service from the train station is possible.

You will receive a VRM ticket, which allows you free use of public transportation within the validity area during your stay.
