What makes the Heavy Artillery special is the lived friendship, the active solidarity, and the constructive cooperation of its members. With fun, great commitment, and many activities, the artillerymen are active throughout the year. Every month, a meeting takes place where current topics and ongoing plans are discussed. The preparation and participation in the carnival events is a matter of course, followed by the May hike and the summer festival with the entire artillery family, an autumn outing (also called maneuver), and a carnival kickoff celebration in early December. It is always very entertaining and varied.
