The holiday home is situated in a wonderfully quiet forest location with lots of sunshine - ideal for relaxing and feeling good. From the spacious rooms and the balconies around the house you can enjoy a fantastic view of the Rhine Valley and the surrounding forest. The forest can be reached in just one minute and is ideal for long walks or sporting activities. There are also excellent shopping facilities just five minutes away. The villa is suitable for up to 10 people.

A washing machine, tumble dryer and other amenities are available for everyday comfort. E-bikes are also available for a surcharge - perfect for excursions in the surrounding area. A garage and a parking space are also available.

Sights such as the Apollinaris Church, the Roman Museum, the Church of St Peter and Paul and restaurants (Rhine promenade and town) can be reached in 5 minutes by car or e-bike. Relevant reading material and information is available for you.
