Few other countries have produced such a wealth of laws and regulations as Germany. Here, it seems that everything is regulated – from marriage in case of unconsciousness to the proper placement of warning triangles at funeral processions. And as if that weren't complicated enough, the legislator packages its regulations in a language that sometimes puzzles even lawyers.

It is exactly here that the equally intelligent as well as black-humored cabaret program from the pen of Werner Koczwara comes into play. With sharp wit, surprising punchlines, and a knowing glance at the absurdities of the German legal system, Johannes Hallervorden takes his audience on an entertaining journey through the jungle of paragraphs. Two hours full of wordplay and bizarre legal cases show that the only cure for some legal curiosities is hearty laughter.

Johannes Hallervorden has stood on the theater stage from a young age and has appeared at the Schlosspark Theater in Berlin, among others, as well as at the Schauspielbühnen Stuttgart. Since 2022, he has been directing the Theater am Frankfurter Tor in Berlin. He is also known from numerous television productions such as "In aller Freundschaft," "SOKO Wismar," and "Notruf Hafenkante."

The audience at the Theater Lahnstein can look forward to an evening of cabaret that is as biting as it is entertaining, where no paragraph is safe from a punchline.
