Six Wines. Three Courses. Two Walks.
An evening of Rhine, history, and enjoyment.

Together, we will walk through Boppard – and between the stations, a menu unfolds in three selected establishments in the city. Accompanied by six wines from the Toni Lorenz winery and a personal wine presentation at each station.
A curated evening in a small, exclusive group.

Kicking off at the Toni Lorenz winery
A glass of Riesling sparkling wine to welcome you.
The first wine – a classic dry Riesling.
A fine variation of appetizers:
Praline of house-cured salmon, filled with cream cheese,
Beluga lentil salad with honey-mustard dressing.
(Restaurant “Fondels Mühle” – featured in the winery)
Guided city tour
About 40 minutes through Boppard between the Roman wall, Rhine promenade, and half-timbered houses.
Main course at the Römerburg
Ox cheeks
with potato-parsnip puree
braised shallots
Accompanied by two selected wines: one Riesling and one Burgundy.
Second part of the city walk
Approximately 30 minutes over cobblestones and through Boppard's old alleys – with legends, history, and stories.
Dessert & Conclusion at Bellevue
Coconut tart

Along with two noble, fruity wines and time for conversations.

Legal Notices for Execution
Notes on Intolerances and Special Requirements

Please inform us at the time of registration about any existing food intolerances, allergies, or special dietary needs.
We will pass this information on to the participating restaurants. However, considerations can only be made if the notification is received in a timely manner before the event.
Later notifications may not be taken into account.
Minimum number of participants
The event takes place with at least 8 registered participants.
Decision on conducting the event
If the minimum number of participants is not reached, we reserve the right to cancel the event no later than 5 days before the respective date.
Refund
Payments already made will be fully refunded in the event of a cancellation. Alternatively, a free rebooking to another date can be arranged.
We reserve the right to make changes to the menu as well as the wines served, depending on the season, availability, and organizational requirements, without this resulting in a claim for price reduction.
