Six wines. Three courses. Two walks.
An evening between Rhine, history, and enjoyment.

Together we will walk through Boppard – and between the stops, a menu unfolds in three selected venues of the city. Accompanied by six wines from the Toni Lorenz winery and a personal wine presentation at each stop.
A curated evening in a small, exclusive group.
Start: 6:00 PM

Kick-off at the Toni Lorenz winery
A glass of Riesling sparkling wine for welcome.
The first wine – a classic dry Riesling.
A fine appetizer variation:
Praline of house-cured salmon, filled with cream cheese,
Beluga lentil salad with honey-mustard dressing.
(Restaurant "Fondels Mühle" – featured in the winery)
Guided city walk
Approximately 40 minutes through Boppard between Roman walls, Rhine promenade, and half-timbered houses.
Main course at the Roman Castle
Ox cheeks
with potato-parsnip puree
braised shallots
Accompanied by two selected wines: a Riesling and a Pinot.
Second part of the city walk
About 30 minutes over cobblestones and through Boppard's old alleys – with legends, history, and stories.
Dessert & conclusion at Bellevue
Coconut tart

Information on intolerances and special requirements

Please inform us of any existing food intolerances, allergies, or special dietary needs at the time of registration.
We will pass this information on to the participating catering establishments. However, consideration can only be given if notification is made in good time before the event.
Later notifications may not be taken into account.
Minimum number of participants
The event will take place with a minimum of 8 registered participants.
Decision on implementation
If the minimum number of participants is not reached, we reserve the right to cancel the event no later than 5 days before the respective date.
Refund
Payments already made will be fully refunded in the event of a cancellation. Alternatively, a free rebooking to another date can be made.
We reserve the right to change the menu as well as the wines used depending on the season, availability, and organizational requirements, without this resulting in a claim for a price reduction.
