“Is it already Christmas?” Les Croque Messieurs with culinary magic in poetry and truth at the Eltville Media Library

For their 20th anniversary, the Eltville Media Library invites you to a particularly festive reading combined with culinary delights – featuring Martin Maria Schwarz and Ingo Swoboda. On Thursday, December 18, 2025, at 7:30 PM, visitors can expect a truly extraordinary Christmas event.

Under the motto “Enjoyment Stories,” literature and culinary arts collide. Martin Maria Schwarz and Ingo Swoboda present festive episodes with winter-appropriate anecdotes. This creates a sensory interplay of words, aromas, and atmosphere – perfect for getting into the holiday spirit.

Literature is to be experienced with all the senses and serves as a thank you to our loyal readers – a magic for both mind and palate.

The evening with Martin Maria Schwarz, author and moderator at hr2 Kultur, and Ingo Swoboda, freelance journalist, author, and critic, forms the highlight of the anniversary celebrations surrounding the 20th anniversary of the Media Library.

Entry to the reading is free. The event is funded by the Friends of the Media Library.
