The majority of the over 80 traditional cherry varieties are no longer cultivated and can only be preserved in the future in one's own garden or in a local community orchard. This includes the discovery of a new exciting fruit cuisine with its many processing and combination possibilities from traditional and international cooking. While we walk along the Filsener Cherry Path, cherry expert and amateur cook Frank Böwingloh will show us at various tasting stations the results of his 15-year exploration.
