As the project manager in building cleaning, Heike coordinates daily the interests of customers, company management, and cleaning staff. But when she tries to poach an unofficial worker from an important subcontractor in violation of internal guidelines, the situation escalates: The new partner threatens to withdraw support unless he is guaranteed additional working hours and higher sales. To meet these demands, Heike comes under increasing pressure.
