On Sunday, August 24th, the Sayner Hütte once again sends its signals into the region as a "beacon of industrial history": The public tour begins at 2:30 PM under the same motto and invites you to an exciting walk through the area of the former industrial plant. On this informative and lively tour, you will learn a lot about the processing of ore into iron and delve deep into the architectural and technological history of the Sayner Hütte. At various stations, the reenacted smelting can be experienced up close, providing insightful glimpses into the hard working life of days gone by.
