What Time Does to Wine

Riesling is one of the few grape varieties that does not fear time – but thrives on it.
With increasing maturity, it changes: It becomes calmer, more complex, and multi-layered.
That is precisely what this evening is about.
At the Maturity Test, we will taste exclusively aged wines from our winery.
Six wines that had time – and show what they have made of it.
For each wine, we will serve a perfectly paired tapas, which will accompany and underscore the character of the wine.
This wine tasting is not a classic comparative tasting, but an invitation to engage:
with aging, with development, and with the question of how origin and time are reflected in the glass.
An evening for all those who are curious about what wine can do when allowed to.
