Under the motto "Contrasts," the artists will present their latest works. Among them are Ulrich Christian, Marianne Dick, Helga Gans-Eichler, Lilo Jaschik, Sigrid Langert, Sybille Lenz, Marie Schäfer, Daniela Schuck, Franz von Stockert, Uta Weiler, and Frieda Wionzek. Additionally, the group ‘93 will showcase works by their recently deceased long-standing member, Gerhard Wienss. This time, guest artists include Sina Blum, Bettina Danne, Mario J.d.C. Machado, and Milos Piperski. Using a variety of artistic techniques—from painting to printmaking, photography, and sculpture—the participating artists engage with the theme "Contrasts" and display a diversity of artistic creation from Neuwied and its surroundings. The opening reception will take place this year as part of the traditional cultural event "Art in the Square" organized by NKVM. Those who wish for a preview of the exhibition before or after the tour through the squares of the city center can already visit it on Saturday, May 3rd, during regular museum hours.
