If soil shapes flavor

Riesling, more than any other grape variety, is able to showcase its soil.
Slate provides it with spice, tension, and depth – making the origin palpable in the glass.
In the wine tasting “Slate & Spice – Riesling” we will focus on this interplay.

On April 16, 2026 we will taste six Rieslings from slate-dominated regions that demonstrate how much soil, site, and time shape the character of a wine.
The tasting will take place in a relaxed atmosphere directly at the winery.
No great theories, but clear impressions, comparisons, and room for questions –
for everyone who enjoys Riesling and wants to taste its origin.
