Death is never beautiful. But there are worse things than peacefully falling asleep at the age of 94: For example, a funeral that goes completely off the rails. Gernot Steinfels, the patriarch of a medium-sized company, has passed away, and his successor is organizing the burial. However, his text on the ribbon causes a strong stir: “In deep mourning. Your employees.” Because: What about the female employees? Thus, just before the ceremony, a debate ignites between the boss and his employees, in which current issues, discussions, and grievances surrounding the topics of sexism, gendering, wokeness, and political correctness collide head-on.
