Boppard Christmas Market
The Boppard Christmas Market will start one week earlier and take place from the 1st to the 2nd Advent (November 27th - December 6th, 2026).
It will be opened by the new Boppard Light Magic: Music, a collective countdown, and the activation of the Christmas lights will create a festive atmosphere. Afterwards, guests and locals can directly experience the Christmas market.
The popular Winter Forest will also open at the same time. With this innovation, Boppard wants to convey even more Christmas magic and joy, making the Christmas market a special experience for all visitors.

Fridays & Saturdays from 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Sundays – Thursdays from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM

Star twinkling, Christmas ornaments, the scent of cookies, festive sounds, fir greenery, gift ribbons, mulled wine, a friendly man with a long white beard, and lots of Christmas spirit – that's how visitors can imagine the Boppard Christmas Market in the historic marketplace. Framed by beautiful old half-timbered houses, under the watchful eyes of the city’s landmark, the St. Severus Church, the festively decorated Christmas stalls offer a variety of goods.
