The idyllically situated adventure trail is 4.5 km long and leads through the most beautiful parts of the Bingen Forest. It surprises young and old with rustic forest sounds, imposing forest dwellers and leads to enchanted corners. Or who would suspect a Roman villa rustica in the middle of the forest or an adventurous suspension bridge over a gorge?
The Bingen forest mouse and his friends accompany you along the path. Through picture boards, they repeatedly provide suggestions for experiencing nature with all the senses. The Bingen Forest Adventure Trail can also be explored at home or on the move using an interactive map. The adventure trail can be reached via several forest and hiking trails as well as two asphalted access roads. It can be reached by car or, to a limited extent, by public transport. The official parking areas for the trail are located at Bodmannstein and at the Heilig Kreuz forester's lodge.
