As a native Swiss, I directed one of the best Appenzeller cheese dairies until 2013. Today, Riesling, Burgundy, and Pinot Noir are at the center of my life. Accompanying these exciting varieties not only in the vineyards but also in my favorite area, the cellar, from fermentation to bottling, holds many magical moments ready.
