Anyone can participate. The fees for non-commercial flea market stands are 2.50 euros per meter for the first three running meters, and from the fourth meter, the fee increases to 5 euros per meter. No registration is required. The setup of the stands begins at 6 AM. The market is open from 7 AM to 4 PM. Access to the market area is exclusively via Langendorfer Straße coming from Irlich. Please queue in the left lane until the entrance opens. Since only part of the vehicles can enter the area at a time, these cars must leave the premises after unloading. Otherwise, smooth operation, especially for those waiting, cannot be guaranteed. Access to the area for dismantling the stands is not possible before 4 PM.

The Office for City Marketing recommends that exhibitors and visitors use the free parking spaces under the Rhine Bridge.

The organization and market management are not handled by the city administration, but by “Market Events Nikolopoulos”. The organizer's team ensures smooth operation on-site and directs the vendors to their places.
