The Koblenz Big Band Swing&More will perform on Sunday, May 3, 2026, in the auditorium of Heinrich-Haus in Neuwied-Engers.
The concert starts at 5 PM.

The Big Band is an integral part of the music scene in the Middle Rhine region and presents classic swing and contemporary arrangements of well-known vocal titles. The name is the program.
Swing&More consciously places the classic big band swing in the foreground as its foundation, while also happily exploring other musical paths beyond that.
The program includes classics from Count Basie and Duke Ellington, as well as jazz-rock, funk, Latin, and jazz-pop pieces, focusing on precise big band playing; delivered with great sonic variety and a lot of passion. Around 20 musicians from the region, under the direction of Simon Dötsch, create an enormous sound.
Anne Courbier and Tom Jäger will join as singers.
