Presenting oneself confidently, knowing one's own limits, and respecting the limits of others: That's what the new "Starke Kidz" course is about on Saturday, November 21 from 10.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. at the Youth Cultural Center Lahnstein. The program is aimed at boys between 8 and 11 years old.

The focus is on non-violent self-assertion. Participants will learn to recognize their own strengths, enhance their self-worth, and remain capable of acting in difficult situations. Other topics include peaceful conflict resolution, bullying prevention, and managing one's own feelings. The transition from primary school to secondary school will also be addressed. Changes and new challenges can be associated with uncertainties.

The course, led by Melanie Diel, is designed to help boys deal with these feelings and embark on a new phase of life with confidence. Afterwards, there will be an opportunity for a parent conversation.

The course fee is 50.00 euros, including refreshments. The number of participants is limited to twelve children. Financing through education and participation is possible. Early registration at the JUKZ at 02621 914-602 and via email at jukz@lahnstein.de is requested.
