Blücher Museum Blücher’s former headquarters during the Rhine crossing from 1813 to 1814.
The museum focuses on an interesting chapter of Prusso-Russian- European history. It was here at Kaub that General Field Marshal Blücher crossed the Rhine in 1813/14 on his way to Waterloo to fight Napoleon. The collection of militaria dating from the German Wars of Liberation enjoys Europe-wide recognition and is currently undergoing restructuring.
