Since 2019, Julian Faust has been passionately reviving the small winery established and managed by his grandfather at that time, embracing nature and the product of wine. Initially started with a vineyard, the small winery has now developed to include parcels in Rüdesheimer Bischofsberg, Magdalenenkreuz, Johannisberger Hölle, and the origins in Rauenthaler Berg.

Small, sharply delineated parcels allow each wine to be crafted separately in a way that showcases the terroir and typicity of the wine optimally, enabling full concentration on each batch. The over 100-year-old vaulted cellar and a full yeast storage of 6 months allow the wines to develop optimally. Continuous expansion of the winery and a focus on the Riesling grape allow the small winery to grow year after year.

With an annual production of currently 5000 bottles, Julian provides a cross-section of the terroir and growing area of the Rheingau.
