The staging, inspired by the Polish 'Poor Theatre', relies on radical reduction. The actor, his text, and the monobloc - a universally prevalent plastic chair and symbol of globalization - are at the center. Through this bare setting, the text receives absolute concentration, while the reduced style of play intensifies the content. 'War. Imagine it were here' is not a classic theatre evening, but an invitation to reflection. It is a call to become aware of the fragility of peace and to question one's own position in the world.
