In the third part of our event series "Sweet delicacies from Filsen", we have three celebrities to introduce to you all at once. On this afternoon in late summer, you can enjoy a variety of colors and flavors from the fresh fruit to processed treats. We will walk along the Filsen Cherry Trail with our expert Frank Böwingloh, who will introduce you to the rare traditional varieties as well as some tasty new varieties from the Middle Rhine Valley. Most of the historical varieties are no longer cultivated and are therefore no longer available to buy. This is therefore a unique opportunity to explore this World Heritage treasure. Learn more about the use of these fruits in today's creative, healthy cuisine and experience a delightful afternoon in Filsen with an unmistakable ambience. A welcome sparkling wine, tastings and creative finger food made from the Filsen varieties await you at various enjoyment stations. The Filsen village store will be open after the event for you to purchase Middle Rhine cherry products!
